• Working experience with Spring, Struts or similar MVC frameworks
• Strong background in XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSP, Java EE, Servlets, JBs, Hibernate, Linux
• Knowledge of system development life cyclea
• Understanding and recognition of design patterns
• Familiar with web application security vulnerabilities and countermeasures
• Working experience with source control tools such as CVS
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• The ability to plan and organise effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in testing & documentation techniques
• A flexible and adaptable team player
